Exchanges and Returns

We know how hard it can be to size a product online! Measuring your dog's size might be challenging, which is why we provide free returns and exchanges . We just need a few details when prepping your exchange or return.

Getting Ready for an Exchange or Return

• Like you and your dog, we realize that pups require things to be the correct fit in order for them to live comfortably! Please confirm that the goods are in excellent working order.
• Make sure your return/exchange is free of dirt and debris! If you can get rid of any extra doggy hair, it's even better! ) Bonus points (or dog biscuits?!) if you can remove any traces of dog hair..
• Please include any of the original packaging with your return or exchange.

What if My Exchange or Return Isn't in New Condition?

If it's not new and clean but still useable, we'll most likely give it to a local shelter. We'll dispose of anything that can't be used by a dog in need  Unfortunately, because of the obvious usage/tear, no return credit can be given.

How Long Does it Take to Get My Exchange?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship within 2 business days. If your return is rejected, we'll notify you on the moment it is inspected. At this point we can ship your new item by placing a new order.

How Long Does it Take to Get My Return?

When we receive and inspect your return, we will submit your refund within 2 business days. From there it can take a couple of days for your credit card or debit card company to post the credit. If your return is rejected, we'll notify you on the moment it is inspected. Unfortunately, no refund can be given on items that are damaged, dirty, or appear used.
